Guess what? We made it to Playa As Catedrais after all and had dinner in Oviedo later. Let’s not talk about how we almost had to spend the night there because we overlooked the fact that the parking closed at 10pm and we missed the cutoff by about 7 minutes. Eeek! It all worked out though.

You can only access this beach during low tide otherwise at high tide it’s all underwater.

Here’s the beach at higher tide and everybody is slowly leaving or getting kicked out of areas.

This small pool appears shallow but actually has some depth.

As the tide is rising.

Getting ready to get off the beach.

Low tide and Toren looking very tiny. Most of the caves you weren’t allowed to walk inside.

Everybody got kicked out of this area first. Narure’s amazing architecture.

Peek A Boo!

Nice cove that was mainly closed off from the rest of the beach.

Toren proud os someone else’s expression of love

Looking down as we leave for the day.

Just a little cheek action near the old town of Oviedo. We also happened to see a statue of Woody Allen here.

Time to play! at the Plaza de la Escandalera.

One the way to dinner we walked by the Oviedo Cathedral.

Bubye!
